3 level Puzzle parking system in Pit

Principle:
This equipment have the top, middle and bu om levels,two levels are on and above ground and the bottom level is under-ground.There's an empty space on middle level for exchange. The spaces on top and bottom level can shift up and down automatically, and spaces on middle level can slide left and right. Spaces on middle level are in the same level with ground, so cars can go out and in freely. When park/unpark cars on top or bottom level, the pallet on middle level will slide right or left to leave an empty space for the pallets shift up and down. When the pallets run to the ground, then cars can be parked/unparked. The park/unpark process can be seen in below diagrams.
